Dr. Caesar Chow
Dr. Caesar Chow grew up in Surrey, BC and moved to Vancouver to complete degrees in Cell Biology & Genetics and Economics from UBC. After his undergraduate studies, he moved to Saskatoon where he completed his DMD degree at the University of Saskatchewan in 2008.
Following graduation, Dr. Chow worked at the Canadian Armed Forces naval base in Esquimalt for several years, where he provided dental care to deserving military members and worked alongside multiple dental specialists. In addition, Dr. Chow also served as a part-time clinical instructor at the UBC College of Dentistry.
After many years on the road, Dr. Chow returns back to Vancouver. Dr. Chow strives to continually keep up to date with the latest developments in dentistry and is experienced in various fields of general dentistry. He is currently advancing himself in the field of implant dentistry. In his free time, Caesar enjoys playing soccer, swimming, golfing, skiing and playing the piano.
In addition, he is also able to speak Cantonese and a bit of Mandarin. Dr. Chow is excited to start the next chapter in his life at Fraser Street Dental and is now currently accepting new patients and would love to meet you and your family!

Outlined below is what you can expect on your first visit with Fraser Street Dental to ensure your experience is as comfortable and efficient as possible.
- Arrive at least 15 minutes early to complete the necessary paperwork.
- Bring a valid ID and your insurance card if you have dental insurance.
- Fill out the new patient registration forms which may include:
- Personal and contact information
- Dental and medical history questionnaire
- Consent forms for treatment
- Insurance and payment information
- A staff member will guide you to the consultation room.
- The dentist will discuss your dental history, concerns, and goals for your dental health.
- The dentist will perform a comprehensive dental examination which may include:
- Visual inspection of teeth and gums
- Oral cancer screening
- X-rays or other diagnostic imaging if necessary
- A dental hygienist may clean your teeth and provide oral hygiene instructions.
- The dentist will create a personalized treatment plan based on the examination findings.
- Schedule any recommended follow-up appointments or treatments.
- Discuss the frequency of regular check-ups, usually every six months.
- Proceed to the front desk to handle payment or insurance claims.
- Ensure you understand the costs and coverage before leaving the clinic.
- CDCP patients that are 100% covered pay nothing out of pocket
- The clinic may provide aftercare instructions or support resources.
- Contact the clinic if you have any questions or concerns after your visit.
